Structure made of 19mm thick ply board covered with sun mica from outside. Work Bench of perforated Stainless steel. Sides of work bench covered with transparent acrylic sheet.
Front acrylic door of collapsible type. Properly balanced blowers fitted on ¼ H.P. electric motor portion to supply sufficient air to HEPA Filter provided on the top of the work bench horizontally to supply clean air to the work bench vertically. Pre-filters provided on the top to supply pre- filtered air to the blowers.
All features are same as HORIZONTAL LAMINAR AIR FLOW UNIT (Wooden Cabinet, MS, SS) the only difference is that structure is made from mid steel instead of plywood.
Same as HORIZONTAL LAMINAR AIR FLOW UNIT (Wooden Cabinet, MS, SS) only wooden structure is replaced by thick S.S. Sheet. Hazardous chemicals, potential biohazards, radio nuclides and any material that is a potential allergen cannot be used in this type of equipment.
