Model No:AEI-NRA-LM37
Newton's Ring Apparatus is a classic experimental setup used to study the phenomenon of light interference. Named after Sir Isaac Newton, this apparatus demonstrates the formation of concentric circular rings (Newton’s Rings) when light reflects between two surfaces: a curved lens and a flat glass plate. This experiment provides insights into the wave nature of light and is commonly used in physics and optics studies.
Consists of a plano convex lens, 63 mm dia & 2000 mm focal length, on a flat glass plate of equal diameter. Both enclosed in a metal ring frame with compression adjusting screws equispaced to ensure correct contact between the two elements.
